1 Acceptance of Terms

By using cero.to, creating an account, activating or using a license key, or subscribing to any plan, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3 The Product and Changes

cero.to provides digital products and services which may be updated, modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time in our sole discretion. We do not guarantee continued availability of any specific feature or the Product itself beyond what is stated in these Terms.

4 License Keys

4.1 Use and Sharing

License keys are required to access certain components of the Product. You are permitted to share license keys with others unless we state otherwise in a separate policy. Sharing keys does not create any separate rights beyond those granted by the associated subscription.

4.2 Validity and Duration

A license key is valid only while its associated subscription is active and in good standing. Once the subscription expires or is terminated, the license key associated with that subscription ceases to be valid and access granted by that key may be revoked.

4.3 Suspension and Revocation

Notwithstanding that sharing is permitted, we reserve the right to suspend, revoke, invalidate, or otherwise restrict any license key, account, or access at any time and for any reason or for no reason at all. We are not required to provide notice, explanation, or a refund when we suspend or revoke a license key.

5 Subscriptions

We offer the following subscription types:

• Lifetime — Access for the lifetime of the Product (not the user's lifetime). Lifetime subscriptions remain valid only while the Product is maintained and offered by cero.to.
• 31 Days
• 7 Days
• 1 Day

5.1 Interpretation of "Lifetime"

"Lifetime" subscriptions provide access tied to the Product's operational life. If the Product is discontinued, Lifetime subscriptions terminate at the time of discontinuation. Lifetime does not imply any guarantee of indefinite availability beyond the Product's existence.

5.2 Product Discontinuation

We may discontinue the Product at our discretion. We may discontinue the Product as long as all active time-limited subscriptions (i.e., 31 Days, 7 Days, and 1 Day) have expired. Upon discontinuation:

• All access tied to subscriptions (including Lifetime subscriptions) will end.
• We are not required to provide continued access, replacement products, or refunds because the Product is discontinued, except as required by applicable law.

6 Payments and Refunds

Prices, billing cycles, and payment methods are provided at the time of purchase. Unless required by law, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds for partial usage, early cancellation, suspension, revocation of a license key, or Product discontinuation.

7 User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using the Product you agree not to:

• Use the Product for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Attempt to access or tamper with systems, accounts, keys, or data you are not authorized to access;
• Interfere with the security, operation, or integrity of the Product;
• Misrepresent ownership, billing, or entitlement to a license key or subscription;

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any license keys you possess secure. We are not liable for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to protect credentials.

8 Suspension, Termination, and Account Actions

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Product, remove content, or take other remedial actions for any reason, including violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. We are not required to provide explanations or refunds for such actions.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Product — including software, code, documentation, trademarks, and trade dress — are owned by or licensed to cero.to unless otherwise stated. You are granted no ownership rights in the Product. Any permitted use is limited to the rights explicitly granted by your subscription and license key.

10 Disclaimers

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, or meeting user requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cero.to and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 6 months prior to the claim, or fifty euros (€50) if no payment was made.

12 Privacy

Your use of the Product is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and processed. By using the Product, you consent to our handling of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which cero.to operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless prohibited by applicable law.

15 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

16 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and cero.to regarding use of the Product.
